This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.
Family Altar does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information to read the devotional content or Bible.
The app is designed mainly for offline use. The Daily Manna devotional readings and KJV Bible are bundled inside the app and can be accessed without an internet connection.
Family Altar includes offline devotional content and a bundled KJV Bible. Reading devotionals, opening Bible verses, searching the Bible, changing reader font size, and using normal reading features are handled on your device.
The app does not collect your devotional reading history for online tracking.
The app may allow you to manually check for app updates. When you tap Check Updates, the app may connect to our server to check the latest available version of Family Altar.
This update check is manual and is not used to collect personal information.
Family Altar may include daily reminder features to help you remember devotional reading time. Reminder preferences may be stored locally on your device.
The app does not use reminders to collect personal information.
Family Altar allows you to copy or share devotional readings and Bible references using your device’s native sharing tools.
When you use the share feature, the sharing is handled by your device and the app you choose, such as messaging, email, or social apps. Family Altar does not control how third-party apps handle the information you choose to share.
The app may display support information such as bank or mobile money details. Family Altar does not process payments directly inside the app.
If you choose to support the work through external payment methods, those transactions are handled outside the app.
Family Altar may open external links such as the Google Play Store, contact links, support links, or website links. These external websites or apps may have their own privacy policies.
Family Altar does not sell user data.
Family Altar does not share personal user information with advertisers.
Family Altar is intended for Christian devotional reading and family use. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to guide children when using devotional or Bible study apps.
Because the app is designed mainly for offline use and does not require account registration, most app content and preferences are stored locally on your device.
We take reasonable care to keep the app simple, safe, and respectful of user privacy.
Family Altar does not create user accounts. If you want to remove locally stored app preferences, you can clear the app data from your device settings or uninstall the app.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the privacy policy page or included with future app updates.
